What to Expect Friday

Day Two is a collaborative planning workshop facilitated by Abigail Leeder, focused on developing ideas, identifying priorities, and outlining initial action plans for UO’s continued HSI work.

Planning groups will be assigned Friday morning and will focus on:

  • Recruitment and enrollment
  • Retention and graduation
  • Research
  • Culture building

Participants will identify practical steps that could begin soon, ideas that need additional time or resources, and longer-term possibilities.

Complimentary coffee and tea will be served in the morning. Friday’s lunch will be a sandwich buffet provided by University Catering, with gluten-free and vegan options available.

Prepare for Friday: Join Us Thursday

Thursday, October 22 | 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
