New Issue of Periphērica Now Available
The second issue of the new open-access multilingual journal Periphērica, Journal of Social, Cultural, and Literary History is now out. It is a special guest-edited issue with a great selection of peer-reviewed articles on Hispanic cinemas, entitled Image and Storytelling: New Approaches to Hispanic Cinema, edited by Gina Herrmann (UO) and Isabel Jaén (PSU). It also has a short selection of poems in Spanish devoted to the COVID-19 pandemic as well as three book reviews. Periphērica offers new critical perspectives and in-depth research on the literary, social, and cultural histories of Latino-América and Iberia. UO Associate Professor of Spanish and CLLAS Executive Board member, Pedro García-Caro, is the General Editor.
