Mexican Academy of Sciences Selects Lynn Stephen as Visiting Distinguished Professor
May 30, 2012—Lynn Stephen was selected by the Mexican Academy of Sciences (Academia Mexicana de Ciencias) as a Visiting Distinguished Professor. She will be affiliated with the Institute of Anthropological Investigations (Instituto de Investigaciones Antropólogicas) of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) during August 2012 to carry out research with UNAM students and faculty.
Professor Stephen is the director of the Center for Latino/a and Latin American Studies and Distinguished Professor of Anthropology at the University of Oregon.
